SATURDAY BHAGAVAD GITA STUDY GROUP

Dive into the gems of the Bhagavad Gita, an amazing ancient scripture, and learn how to apply the teachings in your life from a practical point of view.

These are interactive sessions for people at all stages of their spiritual journey - the Gita is for living, not just for reading!

Every Saturday 5pm to 7pm.


THURSDAY BHAKTI VRIKSHA STUDY GROUP (WOMEN ONLY)

A dynamic program that presents Krishna consciousness in a systematic format, facilitated in small groups, in a way that enables everyone to practice, develop and present the principles of Bhakti-yoga.

The program offers regular association and mentorship with the aim of encouraging devotional association and active engagement in Bhakti (the mood of devotion and love of God).

Group members keep in touch with each other and participate in outreach programs and various devotional activities on a regular basis.

Alternate Thursdays 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE BHAGAVAD GITA

Jai Nitai das presented a 7 week course that was, in essence, a hands-on approach to the Bhagavad Gita.

He is a second initiated disciple of H.H. Radhanath Swami who joined ISKCON in 1998 from a professional background in the investment banking industry.

Following 10 years as a monk at ISKCON London, he now serves as Temple President of ISKCON London, Regional Supervisor for London and the South-East, Zonal Supervisor for the UK and a Euro RGB member. He is also the chairman of the trustees for ISKCON South London.

BHAKTI ESSENCE FROM THE BHAGAVAD GITA

Navadvip Chandra das presented a 2 week course that took a deeper dive into the heart of the Bhagavad Gita.

He is a second initiated disciple of H.H. Radhanath Swami, and has been a resident monk at Bhaktivedanta Manor for a number of years.

He has been regularly visiting ISKCON South London as a guest speaker since 2017 and regularly teaches and runs courses, particularly on the Srimad Bhagavatam.
